Why does an industry never get to 100% transported?

Why does an industry never get to 100% transported?

Even when I put a train station next to an industry, and permanently have a train there loading, I only get to maybe 80% transported maximum for an industry. Why doesn't it ever get to 100% and is there a way I can get it to 100?

The wiki says:

"If there is only only [sic.] station around, then a percentage of available goods equal to the station's rating is distributed to it every 2.5 day cycle."

So your station rating is presumably not 100.

U can using some trickery get to 100% permanently if you use statues and have fast trains and keep replacing your trains very frequently.
Like every year using grouping and diffrent replacement orders for diffrent groups creating a replacement loop.
