oh, those were for an old (unsupported for a long time) way to add "extra zoom" graphics into the game.

it would have to be recoded into the new (supported) method. dunno if that has been done already.

ohhh, no i know, they are from 2002 year any chance to change the year for 1950?

It looks like the first ones appear in 1961.
You can cheat (ctrl+alt+c) and change the current year, if you want
