A 3D Transport Tycoon-like game, an incomplete version of which was released as "Trains & Trucks Tycoon".

has the websit been shut down because in the manual it says you can download new missions/

Well Ubisoft illegally published the game and thus I doubt they have worked on it since they were sued about it by the original creator. :)
