1st thanks for reading my thread. I'm playing 3DTT and i played all the tuturial. In level 2 i'm suposed to get some weapons until the year XX. The problem is to start i think that i need crude oil that for me its in the arbor (at least is what i can learn with the graph). The problem is that i make a station next to the arbor and a line to the crude refinary and the train just dont pick up any crude oil. I made another line, just to see if the arbor have anything and build a line to the clothes factory and the train starts to pick raw matherial in the arbor, deliver it to the factory (clothes) and i can sell it in the market. So why cant i get the crude oil from the harbor to the crude oil refinary??
I apreciate all the help. Thanks in advanced

Complex Economy System?
If I remember well, that scenario had a complex economy system, i.e. in order to allows production running, a full net from raw material to the market must be active.
So, try to set all the required transportation lines for weapons:
1)
Coal Mine -> Steel Mill
Iron Ore Mine -> Steel Mill
Steel Mill -> Weapons Factory
2)
Harbour -> Oil Refinery
Oil Refinery -> Chemical Plant
Chemical Plant -> Semiconductor Plant
Chemical Plant -> Electronics Factory
Electronics Factory -> Weapons Factory
3)
Weapons Factory -> Market
There are two different types of weapons productions: Weapons and Hi-Tech Weapons. I don't remember which one must be produced in the scenario (I guess normal ones), so maybe some materials are not required for weapons production.
Anyway, only after that the whole production line/transportation is available, the production/transportation will begun!
Hope this helps!

this is whats happen:
1)
Coal Mine -> Steel Mill (ok, transpot goods)
Iron Ore Mine -> Steel Mill (ok, transpot goods)
Steel Mill -> Weapons Factory (rail done, but dont transpot goods)
Steel Mill -> Tools Factory ((ok, transpot goods))
2)
Harbour -> Oil Refinery (rail done, but dont transpot goods)
Oil Refinery -> Chemical Plant (rail done, but dont transpot goods)
Chemical Plant -> Semiconductor Plant (doesnt exist)
Chemical Plant -> Electronics Factory (doenst exist)
Chemical Plant -> Waepons Factory (rail done, but dont transpot goods)
Electronics Factory -> Weapons Factory (doesnt exist)
3)
Weapons Factory -> Market (rail done, but dont transpot goods)
I have some other lines, milk to market and the cotton line also.
But i cant get the weapons to build... i think the problem is the the harbor line in 2)
