Transporting weapons in complex mode

Well hello everyone!! i'm playing trains and trucks tycoon for the last 6 years and always wondered if can transport weapons someday in the complex economy...even after applying the patch nothing works in weapons...any ideas...i'll feel happy if i'm able to transport weapons as its of great value in the game..thanks
