Does anyone know what happened in the court case? Last I heard, they were re-conviening earlier this year.

17. Januar 2004: Der Insolvenzverwalter bezieht Stellung!

Nun ist es soweit, und ich halte seine Antwort in den Händen (und ebenso natürlich das Gericht und die Gegenseite):

...nehme ich Bezug auf den Beschluss des Gerichts von 02.12.2003 und erkläre in meiner Funktion als Insovenzverwalter über das Vermögen der Virtual X-Citement Software GmbH, zu keiner Zeit wissentlich im Besitz des Quell-Codes des Computerspiels "Schiene und Strasse" gewesen zu sein. Eine Vorlage des Quell-Codes ist daher nicht möglich.
Erst vor kurzem erfuhr ich bzw. der sachbearbeitende Kollege aus meinem Büro, Herr Rechtsanwalt M. aufgrund eines Telefonanrufes des Klägervertreters überhaupt von der Existenz bzw. Bedeutung des Quell-Codes. Eine Mitteilung diesbezüglich, insbesondere auch vor dem Hintergrund einer möglichen Werthaltigkeit des Quell-Codes für die Insolvenzmasse hatte seinerzeit nicht stattgefunden.
No comment, ich warte jetzt ab, was die Richter sich als nächsten Schritt ausdenken.

Now is it so far, and I hold its response in the hands (and just as naturally the court and the opposite side): ... refer I to the resolution of the court of 02.12.2003 and declare in my function as Insovenzverwalter over the fortune of the Virtual x-Citement software GmbH, at no time knowingly in the possession of the source code of the computer game "rail and road" been as s. a collecting main of the source code is not therefore moegli. only recently I or the specialprocessing colleague from my office experienced CH, Mr. attorney M. due to a telephone call of the plaintiff representative at all of the existence or importance of the QuelL-codes. a message in this connection, in particular also before the background of a possible Werthaltigkeit of the source code for the insolvency mass did not have at that timefound. NO COMMENT, I is waiting now, what the judges itself as next Schriinvent tt.

I downloaded the demo.


Its ok, but the is a set maximum gradient for trains, so when building up a steep hill, wierd stone supports keep up the track, which looks crap and really unrealistic

What was a bad idea?
1st. to use AIMOO (3dttforum redirect to AIMOO site) for a forum
or
2nd. The English forums - maybe we should redirect them here - all 8 members

IMO the bad idea was the 1st,... :oops: , and the 2nd is probabily a good solution, mainly because AIMOO is full of popups and advs.

I'm seriously thinking to move it here, if you guys don't mind it! :P
