Does anyone know what happened in the court case? Last I heard, they were re-conviening earlier this year.

17. Januar 2004: Der Insolvenzverwalter bezieht Stellung!

17. January 2004: The insolvency manager takes position! Now is it so far, and I hold its response in the hands (and just as naturally the court and the opposite side): ... refer I to the resolution of the court of 02.12.2003 and declare in my function as Insovenzverwalter over the fortune of the Virtual x-Citement software GmbH, at no time knowingly in the possession of the source code of the computer game "rail and road" been as s. a collecting main of the source code is not therefore moegli. only recently I or the specialprocessing colleague from my office experienced CH, Mr. attorney M. due to a telephone call of the plaintiff representative at all of the existence or importance of the QuelL-codes. a message in this connection, in particular also before the background of a possible Werthaltigkeit of the source code for the insolvency mass did not have at that timefound. NO COMMENT, I is waiting now, what the judges itself as next Schriinvent tt.

I downloaded the demo.

Its ok, but the is a set maximum gradient for trains, so when building up a steep hill, wierd stone supports keep up the track, which looks crap and really unrealistic

Very bad idea :(

I get a "Access restricted to "non-business" site" when accessing this url at my work :(
Yes I know, I should work instead, but I prefer organize my week-end :D

What was a bad idea?
1st. to use AIMOO (3dttforum redirect to AIMOO site) for a forum
or
2nd. The English forums - maybe we should redirect them here - all 8 members

IMO the bad idea was the 1st,... , and the 2nd is probabily a good solution, mainly because AIMOO is full of popups and advs.

I'm seriously thinking to move it here, if you guys don't mind it! :P
