I still have no idea what exactly happened except from that your game was released without your permission and stuff, but i'm happy you won the trial

Won the trial?
16. April 2003: Das Urteil

Na, was glaubt ihr, ist rausgekommen? Richtig: gar nichts.

hey peter...i know this is going to sound lame and unrealistic but, i was in your beta back when alpha was in (when two programs were running openGL and d3d and FPS = 6). My outlook (email) + pc caught virus and died out so i had no way to track you guys down... since then i emailed you guys asking if i could get the download back and the privlage to post @ the beta forums but never got a reply. Was wondering if anything could be done ever since :P I understand if the answers no. Good luck on the trails.

Nooooooooooo! :(

I had hoped there would be some kind of progress in the 3dTT case, but I'll guess I have to be very patient.

I don't have words describing how much I think this sucks. And I am quite sure that it is much worse for you Peter.

*grumble* Great kudos goes to all the criminals that take up the time in court so honest people like Peter have to wait almost a year for their case.

And give them a reason for countersuing? I guess it's best to be carefull before the case is finished.

Why would they sue him for what they don't own? It's a new version of the engine.

October, 15th will be another hearing day for Peter Doborvka's case against Virtual-X and UbiSoft. I am curious what the judges will rule on wednesday. Also curious if Peter still visits this forum now and then.
