411 is just the number of that exact engine. The type is 26.
Just like 2770 is an engine of the type 63.
You'll find pictures of most Norwegian trains here: http://www.jernbane.net/norge/
Heh.. I was using that site.. Need to put glasses on maybe? Well well.. Good to see some other want to help too
Just for some information.. The train is 17850 mm long, and my brain isn't working so I can't give you the amount in meter.. My brain thinks it is 17,85 m.. Well.. I might have right, or I might not..

Hehe. That's what's so nice with the metric system. You just use your sense of logic. Is it 1,785 m? ... no. Is it 178,5 m? ... no. Is it 17,85 m? ... yes!! You don't even have to be smart and/or sober to think that out.
Ahh.. Then I HAD right.. Yes!

The list in the topic still differs a lot from the Excel file that was uploaded. For instance the steamer type 49 is not on it, and it should absolutely be there. Also the "class 9" electric is the same as EL 9.
If the two Swedish ones mentioned should be in the set, I absolutely think that the SJ/MTAB Dm3 and the MTAB IORE on the Ofotbanen (both currently drawn by Michael Blunck) should be there, as they travel a lot more in Norway than the X2000 and Rc6.
Also when looking back through the topic, it looks like someone's made the Y1, so there should be a name next to it.

Born Acorn, that engine looks very good, only the / and \ views are somewhat thin. Besides that I think / and \ views are too light of color, and they could use some extra shading (you can't see the cabin).
The _ view looks very good!
And the tenders look really great too! Keep up the good work.

Umm.. Curinius, could you help me out again? The CD66 isnt listed on the http://www.jernbane.net/norge/

Was difficult to find any photos of that train. Most people who photograph trains, like me, think that train is butt ugly and really don't want to photograph it ... But at least I found one little gallery with some pics.fire87 wrote:Umm.. Curinius, could you help me out again? The CD66 isnt listed on the http://www.jernbane.net/norge/

Apart from the snowplows and the colors, it's identical to the TGOJ T66 and the british Class 66, so they can be used as reference for technical data.
Purno: It's CD66, not DC66.
OKF2000: Yes, the NSB Di3 and the DSB MY are both made by Nohab in Sweden. They are more or less identical. The DSB MX is their "little brother". I don't know if the danish MQ is based on the Talbot Talent, but at least the NSB BM93 is.
I don´t kown adire. but i kown the the MQ is buigt by Siemens K in germany.Cuirinus wrote:OKF2000: Yes, the NSB Di3 and the DSB MY are both made by Nohab in Sweden. They are more or less identical. Thanks Curinius
I'm just wondering.. How many trains should there really be in the trainset? I found out on the http://www.jernbane.net/norge that there are 91 trains listed.. So, if anyone misses a train, or hate one of the trains I have in the list, I'm more than happy to add, delete or replace Just want a set that people actually would love to play with
