SNCFTrains - WIP

Post by acs121 »

Yet there were many, many attempts to make a french train set, but all of them never got continued. I will start, and continue this one !

There will be trains from 1837 to 2015, with steam, diesel, turbine and electric trains. Yet i will only do electric and diesel trains from the "Boîte à sel" (1900) onwards. EMUs and DMUs will have fixed consists, while half-tile cars (mainly Corail cars) will be available so that you can use your full platform length.

If anybody is ready to code or draw, please tell me in this thread.
I will soon complete the tracking table with diesels and electrics.

I can't access the spreadsheet. Could you open it up for everyone to view?

Good luck with your efforts! :)

The only thing I'd dare to ask you is, would you mind changing the name of your set? I mean, I know it's a tough request, but the set I'm already working on is called exactly like this (French set) and it might create confusion...

Hello,

I can't seem to find the following locomotives on your spreadsheet :

CC6500 - 21000
BB 7200 - 15000 - 22200
2D2 9100

I think they could be added. What do you think ?

We don't need much "Nez cassés" (CC 6500, 21000, 40100, BB 7200, 15000, 22200) though. I think only the CC 40100 and the BB 7200 (or 15000) will be sufficient.

I might look into adding the 2D2 9100. There a huge ton of trains i forgot to add in the spreadsheet though.

This means i can take SNCFTrains ?
Also, French Standard Gauge Rail Set was wrong as i plan to include trains from the Saint-Gervais / Vallorcine railway ;)

I will also do trains from other companies entering in France - EuskoTren metros, a few RENFE trains, Talgos, AVEs, a few CFF trains entering in France, Ortenau S-Bahn trains, NMBS/SNCB trains, etc.

If you want to draw a full set of French trains to UKRS scale, i am more than happy to code this as FORTS.
