Silverliners II and V are already in the 2cc set, do you plan to reuse those or draw your own?

I'd recommend creating a tracking table, which helps to make it clear what you're planning to add and who's drawing what, to ensure people don't make multiple versions of the same thing. It's also useful for compiling stats like power, speed, capacity etc. so you can code them all at once.

Great. Fill the statuses of the trains, like "Drawn but needs coding", "Currently being drawed", etc.

Now I choose what steam locomotives will be used in the set. And If anyone want help me - repaint 2cc sprites to original liveries and send me. If in the end of next week each variant of voting collects same numbers, I will use both variants.

I ride the MBTA (Mass Bay Transit Authority) commuter rail once or twice a week and walk by Northeast Regional and Acela trains at South Station if you need pictures.

I started work with NML code of the project. I think it will better if I create 10-13 trains and coaches at beginning, before I post grf here.
First engines will:
PRR K4
PRR J3 Streamlined
PRR GG-1
Mastrodon (google it)
PRR MP54
Budd RDC
Budd Metroliner
Comet cars
Amfleet cars
Metra and NJT passenger locomotives

So is this basically going to be the "Chicago Locomotive Works Classic Pack" for OpenTTD? That was an incredibly comprehensive mod for Locomotion that basically had every livery of every major Class I railroad in a mod. I hope this turns out the same way, and I can reskin passenger cars for you (have done stainless steel PRR for Congressional).
