Only done the city bitumen awnings so far. Have Normal, Single Sided Platforms and Island Platforms .. all found in their respective Platform section with all the other platforms.

Still has a bit more work needed before I will start any other platform types.

The Stanchions are available either end of the awnings.

The Terminal awnings find under Auzstations: Buffer Stops Catenary.

Sorry not released auzstations Parts 1 and 2 yet. I have added all I can to these .. just want to check them all again make sure they looking good.

Also looking at improving the graphics to the City Tile platforms as I not real happy with these.

These 3 tile sets.

One on left is what I used .. but it too close to the looks of the gravel platforms.

The second is a ground tile from FIRS 1.4.3 .. so I tweaked it a bit to look closely to the brick tiles of the platforms at Sydney terminal Australia and came up with this 3rd design.

I hope to now change all the City Tile platforms to the tile on right.

AuzStations Part 3:

This is where the platforms are going with the Electrifications .. been looking at Google Earth at stations around Sydney .. some have the wire going from one awning to the other awning but only have 1 wires, not 2 like I have, so will be changing these to 1 wire.

Some platforms have a steel girder going from one platform to the other, so intend to also make some of these too.

So back to the drawing board.

Thank you for the work done, GarryG :D . I plan to start one of the new games with these stations. They are a bit too beautiful :)) .

And all three of the stations will be as a separate GRF? Or are you then going to combine them into one file?

On the Russian forum http://forums.ttdrussia.net/index.php I started to talk about the development of the Australian Railway Stations. Let the users know. I also make the download links all parts of the stations. Let people use in the games :D . Maybe someone will write about errors or bugs. Then it will be possible then to write to you.

Thanks for your complements. Much appreciated.

I intend to make separate stations pieces and include in Part 3 as almost out room in Part 2 .. only room for 3 more pieces which I hope to fill before I release Parts 1 and 2.

Craven and Coonamble are stations where I worked. Several other stations that I worked at I hope to include in Part 3.

There just a few graphics issues that can be improved but apart from that I think everything else looking good.

Where ever possible I intend to make all these stations how they would have looked in the early 1900s.

Changed a few things with the Catenary system at stations.

Looked at several railway stations using google earth and very few have the support wires between awnings. Majority have steel girder beams.

So I changed the wire to the beams and this the result so far.

Looks nice. Perhaps you could do away with the outer pillars on island platforms?

Done a bit more to the platforms with Catenary.

Did some platforms without awnings with the stanchions opposite side of platform. Still need to do Island Platforms for multiple tracks the rest been done.

The platforms with name boards do not have stanchions .. they are part of the normal platforms I done in Part 1.

The City Tile platforms have all been resurfaced.

Cobar Station is now a 4x1 tile.

I have room now in Part 2 for another station .. not sure if to file the spaces or just release Parts 1 and 2 as they are now. Will decide next few days.

Part 3 could be weeks away from being released.

Thanks for your suggestion. The idea sounds good, but the beam with out that outer support looks weak as distance I feel too great.

I think Parts 1 and 2 of auzstations is ready to be released. I will check it again tonight and Friday morning and if no my problems found will release sometime on Friday.

But if you like to start early here is both copies as well as latest work I have done to Part 3.

They include the readme, licence and changelog files.

I made the following changes today.

Wooden Platforms .. remove black spots one corner
Bitumen Platforms with out white edges .. some had a white dot along edge.
Some City Tile Buffer Platforms needed resurfacing.
Crashed Ballast Buffers .. incorrect spelling .. should been Crushed Ballast.
Crushed Ballast Buffers .. darkened the bright yellwos so no look so clean
New tree planted on Binalong Station.
Cobar Station now 4x1 tile length
Buffer stops with ramps removed .. might be added to Part 3 later.
Added more stations buildings to replace the buffers with ramps.
Did more to Bitumen platforms in Part3 and put them in better order and put lighs on them.

The platforms made in this pic is a mixture of the ones I been making with Stanchions and cross beams and normal platforms from Part 1.

Not sure if auzstations be ready today.

Quast65 and I been going through them with a fine tooth comb and many are not in a good order .. especially the awnings. Some are in Part 1 and some in Part 2 and can not sort them if in separate files.

So going to shuffle things around a bit.

All freight replated platforms and buildings, move these to a separate grf file.

Part 1: Will have all the Platforms and Platforms with Awnings and Waypoints.

Part 2: Will have non-tack tiles and stations, footbridges and buffer stops.

Part 3: Will have the platforms that can be used with the catenary

Part 4: Can have all the freight items.

Maybe:

Fantasy Stations that has the car parks could become Part 5

AuzWired Stations might become Part 6.

Also to make easier to find things looking at idea making new Purchase Menus

Be something like this:
- Country Platforms Gravel Surface
- Country Platforms Gravel & Bitumen Surface
- Country Platforms Bitumen Surface
- City Platforms Bitumen Surface
- City Platforms Tile Surface
- Freight

Every thing related to Gravel platforms such as platforms, footbridges and buffer stops will all be in one menu.

Same apply to the other types of platforms.

This will free up spaces in Parts 1 and 2 to allow us to add more to them at a later date for future versions.

So bare with me .. good things come to those who wait.

I support this decision for the division into 6 parts :) . I am most interested in the question of freight stations: what are you planning to add in the future? Will Whether the stations loading/unloading of mineral resources as in the ISR (industrial stations renewal)? You plan to add a variety of cranes for loading/unloading, containers, cranes on the platforms and other structures that are on the freight stations? All that is now for freight stations, I was completely satisfied. But I want what is asked above :wink: .

Thanks for your info .. I do hope add more, but trying not to add anything ISR already covers. Could do with some more good sheds of various sizes as my teacher Quast65 been teaching me to do longer non-track tiles.

Like to add buildings that trains can actually enter.

Still like to try make a old fashioned 5ton Jib Crane.

If you think of anything not in ISR or other sets let me know and see if can add to these.

Thank you very much for the reply. Good ideas you have. I'll wait for their implementation. I just wanted to offer to make your own freight station, which is in Australia. At the same time you can add something from within an ISR. This idea or concept :) .
In any case, ISR and AuzStations combine well in the game. I plan to use both of these set the new game after completing the current scenario :) .

Sorry all, they will not be available this weekend. Hope you forgive me.

After sorting out all the sprites and coding and putting them in a better order. I ended up with room to add more.

Part 1 will contain all platforms, Infastructure and Waypoints.

Platforms are in 5 menus ..each platform type has its own menu .. for instance all Gravel Platforms are in menu called "Country Platforms Gravel Surface"

Part 2 will contain non-track tiles, non-track stations, Footbridges, Buffer Stops.
Footbridges that have platforms will load into their respective Platform folders .. Footbridges with Gravel Platforms will be in with the Gravel Platforms.
Footbridges that do not have a platform will be in a menu called More Footbridges.

Part 3 at moment is all Catenary Platforms.

Part 4 .. will be changing this name as it associated with Freight .. Maybe call it AuzFreightStations Part 1 or something like that/
It has Freight platforms, Goods Sheds, Livestock and other bits and pieces associated with freight and goods.

Can't give you any test files today as still got some sorting to do.

The Auz Freight Stations has a new Goods Shed. Based on a Goods Shed in Warwick, Queensland, Australia.

Left of pick shows 3 parts Warwick A, Warwick B and Warwick C. Warwick A can be used on its own, but B and C must join A. (Unless you like buildings with 1 wall).

Goods shed can be as wide or as long as you like.

On side of sheds can put platforms for extra tracks and they are drive through.

Warwick C has a door all way to the ground .. some Truck bays can go here, or use the ground platforms from ISR/DWA sets.

If you like to see where I am up to with the new changes here 4 of the files zipped up together. Try and up date regular until they are ready for Bananas.

Some changes made to the station sets:

Part 1: Added some rusty Iron Awnings to gravel platforms, gravel and bitumen platforms and made some galvanised iron Awnings for the City Tile platforms, also a 2 different sets with the walls (wind breaks). There is only 8 spare spaces in Part 1 and I still like to make some Galvanised Awnings for the gravel platforms, gravel and bitumen platforms. If I haven't got enough space, I will transfer the Infrastructure to Part 2.

Part 2: Some of the smaller station buildings in this set, I made more the same, but with different roof colours.

I had a set of buffer stops with out platforms, so put them in a menu called More Bufferstops. Also transferred 2 sets of buffer stops from the Auz Freight Stations to Part 2 so they can be in the More Bufferstops menu too. Intend to make a few different types of bufferstops and add to this menu. 1 set I have in mind is sleepers laying across the track, and another also with sleepers, but also has a stop sign with a light on it.

Part 3: No new additions yet.

Auz Freight Stations: Removed the 2 sets of buffers and added to Part 2.

Wait till I did a few more changes before adding them to here for you to try.

I think I can use your idea now. I went down to Sydney today to see how the stanchions and wires where on end platforms of a set of islands. The platform has 2 stanchions to help support the longer beam.

In next few days or so hope to try the idea in the photo I took today and see how it looks.

I also done the posts to the green awnings wrong. There are 2 types of awnings on some of Sydney platforms.
This pic shows them both.

As you can see the posts to the awnings that went right to the platform edge, where wider and closer to the edge, so I be moving them all 2 pixels similar to this pic and might also do the narrower awnings too.

Going to make some changes to the stations sets as putting in new buffers and making some changes as mentioned above with the green awnings.

As you cam see by this photo I took yesterday the buffers are up close to the end platforms and the are a bit different to many countries.

Taken from same train and same window as EMU Siding buffers, just happen to move the cam and got the clean dirty spot on window in the shot .. bumma.

If can see .. it just a big block of timber painted white laying across the track with a post with 2 lights on it.
