Objects for: Rail, Road and icludes Fences and Depot Extensions.

It replaces the AuzRoadObjects and AuzRailObjects. Also has fences from the AuzfarmObjects.

One of the Auto Lay tracks called farm Tracks has 4 types of tracks: brown dirt, gravel, grey stone and desert.

Auto lay slope works only with the brown dirt. The other 3 need to use the separate slopes.

RATTROADS ADD ONS.

Normally this set would be placed over in Andrew360s RattRoad section found at "viewtopic.php?f=26&t=76183&start=200"

But it has some objects in it as well as the Roads.

Future issues will be placed over in the RattRoad section. The next issue will also have new coding added and some graphics changes to at least 2 of the roads.

This set has the following object types: (These are being designed to use with RattRoads, but might also work with other road sets).

In the mean time hope you enjoy using this. This set will work alone, but best if you also load the original RattRoads as well.

Many of the buildings and parks originally had RV's parked in the streets, but I have removed these so that these buildings can be used before RVs entered the game.

Now I think I finally caught up with the objects sets.

Hope over the next several months do some more work to these sets such as:

1. The Overlap car parks change these to have multistory.
2. Add a few more Electricity Power Poles and Sub-station pieces.
3. Add more old style houses and some that will go on slopes.
4. Add a few more farm objects such as rice fields and looking at idea making the Livestock Pens, Dairy, sheds and shearing shed a bit bigger.
Plus a few more ideas I have.

Enjoy and please let me know if have any problems with these.

All the object sets I have uploaded today replace ALL previous Auz Object sets I made.

Fixed a error with AuzRoalAndRailObjects. Some auto lay roads wouldn't lay. See new GRF a few posts above and a image of 4 new farm tracks.

Now for some updates ..

Will be making a lot of alterations to the AuzRoadAndRailObjects.

Making some new farm tracks that I hope will suit most terrains and landscapes.

SW corners of the those tracks is the brown dirt, SE corners is gravel, NE is Grey rock, and NW is Desert Rough.
There is a set without fences and 2 sets with fences.
These are all Auto Lay. The main problem is slopes. The Auto Lay only allows for one of the Track styles and in this case it is the brown dirt. The other 3 you need to use the separate slope tiles.

All future road objects will have the fences on the right as it is easy to add object fences over the top of them if want something different or you just use the tracks without fences and add what ever style of fence you like.

Changes yet to be made are:
Remove the power poles from the road objects. (Be making new power poles in the "AuzElectricAndTelephoneObjects" that can be used along side all roads and rail and also across country).

Remove the fences from these dirt roads so you can use the fence of your choice from the Fence Objects and it will also allow me to remove dome templates to make room for other ideas..

Now you have a choice, download this GRF or wait till next one which could be a day or so away.

Warning: I had to change some IDs in the codes and this might interfere with any games you have running with the pervious version of this set.

I been side tracked again.

Experimenting on gates. Looking at overlap gates.

It has a fence and the white section for the gate is the overlap. Need to section for the gate each side.

And then you can get this result. The gate can be used on ALL proper roads as well as on ALL fake roads.

Hope to make a few different types for country use and also some to suit entrance and exits to Industries.

Done 12 sets of gates with 2 different types of fences suitable for farms and possible other industries like Sawmills and mines. Also done one set of gates for other Industries.

I have removed all the olded style fake roads with gates and grids that I had done many moons ago and will be replacing them with these overlap styles.

This will take me several days or more to complete. Hope you don't mind me changing the gates to this overlap style.

If you like to try these new overlap gates the file is attached. But if you have a saved game with previous issues of this file, I have no idea if it will cause a problem or if you have use the old style fake roads with gates, these might all need fixing.

What I did last night and this morning.

Added a few more overlap gates and livestock grids.

Probably eventually add a wooden panel style to the Industrial Gates.

I don't plane to make any of these for other fence styles unless requested by you.

AuzFarmAndIndustryObjects
Those sheep you can see passing through the gates have been added. Also some cattle as well.

Let you try what I done, but be no more till end of week at earliest.

During the week be tweaking my RattRoadsAll set so they match up better with my overlap gate idea.

Also hope to work on the AuzElectricAndTelephoneObjects so some poles can be built closer to the roads and rails.

Good evening, local time :D . I found graphic errors in this set - AuzElectricAndTelephoneObjects.grf: wires are not displayed when building different types of power lines ( see the screenshot). Please fix this bug. In the first screenshot, the selected object in the set menu does not appear during construction, leaving an empty square... The most correct option in this case is to check the entire set for graphical errors.

Good morning .. Some power poles do not have wires. I should have shown that in the menus so people would know. This so you can space them how you want and make it easier on slopes as almost impossible to get slope angles correct with the wires.

I added some Sound Proof Fences to the AuzRattRoads set over in [NRT] RattRoads - 0.4.1 released 05-15-19!

But in case your don't use those roads I added the fences to AuzFenceObjects.

A Question for those who are more technical than I am and under stand licence agreements.

There is a great set of Sound Proof Fences in the "Korean Object Set" (shame I not notice that set when first released), but it is Creative Commons Licence.

So wondering if:
1. I could use their design for my fences as it be only one fence from that set I be using?
2. Or I could remove my normal tile fences and make a add-on set to the "Korean Object Set"?

Players will still need to use the "Korean Object Set" for the normal tile piece as shown in that set. The add-on set would have sloped versions, corner pieces and gates.

Will be another issue of AuzFenceObjects, and AuzTownObjects in coming days.

Found a few problems with the Slope Aware Sound Proof Fences as some of them was out of alignment and also changed the design of these fences on slopes.

In my AuzRattRoads I made a Depot Service Station with some object pieces. Have added the Object pieces to the AuzTownObjects so those who do not use my AuzRattRoads will still have access to them.

I placed a Truck Loading Bay under the awning in front of the Service Station Shops. You can plus a Bus Station their if preferred or make the Service station wider and use 2 awnings and have both a Truck Loading Bay and a Bus Zone there.

I just need to change the concrete floor in the Service sections and than it be ready for you to try.

Updated Object set files should be available later today .. I hope.

Here the AuzTownObjects.

You will find the Service Station Objects under "AuzTowns: Other Buildings"

Like to make a few different style's of Service Stations to go with this. Like to try having a go at some Bus Terminals and Truck Loading Bay Terminals when get chance. Design them similar to the Service Station so can hide the Bus Zone and Truck Loading Bays under the awnings.

Also included the source.
