Could this be a sewage treatment plant perhaps?
I see from the OTIS industries/cargo list that your Residential Estate produces sewage which is accepted by the Utility Company. Would that be the end of the line or would you have it produce water?
Awesome artwork!

You both cheated and read the file name under the image :D
Would that be the end of the line or would you have it produce water?
The Utility Companies already produce Water for residence from lakes, water tanks or pumped out of the ground. This now gives another option for water supply.

I read on internet that the recycled water is used for gardens, sporting fields, parks and places like that.

See if I can get it finished within the next 24 hours.

If any one want to add a sewage treatment plant to their games .. here a set of objects.

These originally designed to go with the OTIS-One Tile Industry Set in the Utility Companies section, but can be also used to pretty up other towns and cities.

I added a few more tanks and pathways.

All that re-cycled water needs to be used, so why not put a sprinkler system in the lawns of parks in your towns and cities.

Also included in this set is George's school .. a young boy asked if I could design a elementary school he goes to and this the result.

Those of you who seen the industries for the OTIS One Tile Industry set .. they are single tiles that looks like a sign. Been looking at idea s to overlap them, but why .. they look a lot like the signs you see at entry gates to a Industry so why not use them that way where ever possible.

I also wondering if I should make some object ones as well so one can be placed each side the entry road. Whatcha think?

Had a brain wave idea .. western parks of New South Wales and parts of Queensland got a mouse plague and those who haven't are having floods.

The mouse plague reminded me of a locust plague we had some time back so I thought all these lovely crops we have in our game, what if we had a locust plague? So I filled up some planes and arrange for some crop dusting.
The planes had to come in over the tree tops and not hit the power lines and then spray these corn crops from as low as they can.
crop dusting.png
crop dusting.png (104.46 KiB) Viewed 2707 times
The yellow plane started to spray a bit to soon.

To make these I used Very tall 1x1 sprites. There are 4 planes flying in each direction at different heights so they look further over the fields. There are green and yellow planes flying in 4 different directions. The base of the tile is blank so they need to be placed at the edge of the crops. The base of the yellow plane is that cleared section north side of the road. Unfortunately they are frozen in time and stay where you put them until it starts to snow then they disappear.

Weekend about to start so if your crops need spraying this weekend here the planes to do it.

I was asked long time ago to make some water towers for the towns.

Finally did 4 of them.

The are in AuzTownObjects with the Buildings .

Wondering if a non-track station set would be useful as well?

Slight improvement to the water towers. I put a base around the bottom of them so they look better .. just not sure if the circle base is best or maybe I should have done a square one.
water towers 03.png
water towers 03.png (40.21 KiB) Viewed 2504 times
And that gave me a idea .. what if I put paving at the base of a set so they can be placed in parks. A bit like this image.
water towers 04.png
water towers 04.png (27.36 KiB) Viewed 2504 times
So now there 2 sets .. 1 with the curved gravel base and 1 with the square paving.

Updated the game file to Version 12. (Which I forgot to do the other day).

I think you asked about that once before .. then I got side tracked and forgot. Probably a multi-select menu with about 8 random choices for each direction probably do.

What your thoughts .. some with headstones with and without concrete slab, some just a cross. Throw me some ideas and see what we can do.

Not sure if maybe not worry about slopes. Other idea make a set slope aware.

Give these a try .. you find them with the garden objects.

Aren't they a bit too huge? From the ones I know (which aren't many) they'd look more like this:
sizematters.png
sizematters.png (629 Bytes) Viewed 2144 times
And even that's technically pretty large, just, you know, the limits of pixels to still make it look like a rectangle ...
(also I didn't pay attention to pixel counting so the pattern doesn't really fit the tile, sue me ;))

Also, but maybe that's just me, I think for objects like this there need to be a few darker pixles around the bottom to look like they are actually standing on the ground. Otherwise they always look to be "hovering" a bit.

Might be a bit tall .. those are 4 pixels high .. possible should be 3 but then the cross will not look like a proper cross.

Not worth trying to sue you .. probably cost me a hundred just to get ten from you, so let you off this time.

I try and get my industry set finished then I have another look at these.
