I dont get these - the shading is really out of the line. I had to give it a thought before I could tell what's the position of the front windows in relation to the roof and still that's only my guess.

You found something I forgot to finish. I took those roof extensions from another building to get the gist on how to do them and after I painted the fronts got side tracked with other things and forgot about them.

Shall have a look at them again and try improve them.

Thanks pal

Thanks kindly to "lukasz1985" picking me up on the roof section that I had forgot to complete. While repairing this I realized I hadn't fixed the gutting .. I'd forgot to move it to the middle.

The building on its own is the Dispatchers office from the CHIPS set. All the shops in this pic all designed from that building.

The fellas who made the CHIPS set, andythnorth, yexo, planetmaker, pikka, DanMack, Paulc .. not sure which of you fellas made the Dispatch Office as like to give special thanks to that person as your building has given me the instigation and ideas to make all these in the pic above plus more. Other buildings in the set have helped me too but not as much as this one. Thanks fellas.

I like the old look about the Motel .. not sure if I can make some Motel rooms with this idea but love to try. I think a Motel on the road between towns with a old style look would go good in game.

The old building behind the Motel rooms be good in a game too .. have a haunted House look about it :)

It one of those projects need time to think about how I will go about it.

I really going to have to have good look at some of the buildings others have made and see if I can do a haunted house from one of them .. add a bit of novelty to the game. :)

I seeing what Objects I can turn into a Industry set.

I've joined Post Office and 2 shops.

I be adding this to the Auzind set after I tried it.

I've arrange so it accepts Fruit, Vegetables and Goods and produces Mail and Supplies. This might get changed after I had a play.

Anything else I do to this will be in the AuzInd section http://www.tt-forums.net/viewtopic.php?f=26&t=74471

Change of directions for a while. Having a break from house and shop buildings for a while. Usually having a break makes it easier to come back to it later with fresh ideas.

I gone back to the rocky slopes and making a rocky creek.

I think it could do with some transition pieces. Will start making some but not sure how long it will take me.

I also done a few more slope aware rock tiles for the AuzSlopeAwareGroundTiles.

If any one want to play with what I did so far heres copies of the files.

I just uploaded Auz_Roadside_Objects Version 15, Auz_Lineside_Objects Version 19 and AuzSlopeAwareGroundTiles Version 1 to BaNaNaS.

I plan not to do any more coding and graphics till Monday .. time for me to enjoy some of what I been doing and see if I boo-booed with any of it.

Have a good weekend all.

Cheers

Here's the source files to them.

it's very understandable. you've been cranking out work at such a high pace for a long time now. some time out of it will do you good and get you new motivation.
see you back soon.

Having a break from coding and doing some scenario work over the weekend has given me some more ideas, but just not getting in the mood to try make them yet. So I will keep scenarioing for the time being.

Those who have made scenarios to a realistic theme will understand the things you would like to have in the game but not yet available.

I built a scenario Hornsby to Newcastle and north to Taree and Werris Creek. Between Hornsby, Newcastle, Cessnock and Maitland is to a scale of 1 in 25 (25 squares equals 1 km). Beyond Maitland to Taree and Werris Creek since towns are further apart is 1 in 10 scale. Just filling in the gaps now. Using Google Earth and other information I have like to make some places as realistic as possible.

By doing this it given me ideas for other projects.

Indeed, very understandable and also recognisable ;-)
I also took some long breaks after churning out some mega-projects. Started playing my favourite scenario again after some time, came up with new ideas and so came back again to drawing/coding.
Enjoy your break, us players have a lot of great stuff from you to have fun with during that time!

Some times having a break by taking your mind away from some things for a while is a lot better then getting frustrated and giving up completely.

Many of my ideas come from building the scenario I been making for many months now as when following the railway lines from Google Earth and what books I have, pick up other ideas.

Some ideas I got already:
Doing more fences:

1 set to be part brick and part wire. 2 to 3 pixel high with brick and 3 to 4 wire mesh. (some fences along side railway lines are like that in the Newcastle area, maybe other places too).

Sound proof fences: Railways been putting fences as high as the trains to reduce noise near built up areas so looking at doing something simular.

The steps I used at back of the Shops and flats .. thinking to use this idea with some railway footbridges see how it will look.

A few other ideas too but need a bit more thinking to decide if they can be done.

Cheers

Starting to get active again. seeing if can do some warehouse, distribution Centers, markets, things like that both as objects and Industry.

This a sample .. one has some trucks loading and unloading .. the other I thinking of putting Horse and carts there or different types of trucks.

Building is from FIRS Lumber Yard, trucks from PolRoad.

Might also go well with AuzInd to accept and/or Produce things like: Goods, Supplies, Food, Timber, Fruit, Wool, Chemicals, Building Material, Alcohol.

Maybe have 2 or 3 types .. one for Goods type cargos, others for foods and cold storage.
