Seems someone[TM] forgot to add the link to the repository in the above page. I fixed that.
It had been available all the time at https://kallithea.openttdcoop.org/ though.

Re: OpenGFX Extra Zoom
Zephyris, any change you could do the rivers and canals?
Re: OpenGFX Extra Zoom
So, I got bored writing grant applications...
How do these look? UU47 redrawn at 1x in pixeltool, then scaled and polished at 2x and 4x in pixeltool.
Ideally they'd need some pixel-pushing by hand to polish them (especially on the smooth curves, a nice bit of specular highlight etc.), but overall I think they're a pretty good start.

...and an attempt at the SH125
I'm very happy with the 2x, 4x needs some polish.

Don't worry too much about polish - the 'toothiness' gives it some charm!
Re: OpenGFX Extra Zoom
Brilliant! looking forward to seeing the SH and AsiaStar
I sprite sometimes, currently working on the BTS (Belgian Train Set) and a World War GRF (kinda).

... and the SH30/40
Definitely still feeling the 4x is worse than the 2x, but I'd still love to see these in game!

Re: OpenGFX Extra Zoom
Real cool, by the way, what tool do you use to make these voxel models?

Re: OpenGFX Extra Zoom
The voxel tool is one I wrote specifically for OpenTTD, using the correct 8bpp palette etc. http://www.richardwheeler.net/interacti ... ltool.html
