Norwegian Alternate Town Names

I don't know if this is the appropriate forum, but I've made a town names NewGRF that I would like to share, in the hope that others might find it interesting. The NML code as well as a compiled grf is attached. I'd like some help with code review and maybe to upload it on bananas. I'd like to license it as CC-BY-SA, but I'm uncertain of where to put the license info, or what.
The names are randomly generated from a list of ca. 240 prefixes and ca. 70 suffixes, which gives a product of about 16,800 combinations. Most of the terms are common Norwegian words found in place names, as well as a few made-up parts. Of the latter, a few are intended as a tribute to the original TTD naming style, such as "Piltinghatten" which is my personal favourite.
I've used this grf for several months, and have trimmed it quite a bit. For instance, I've deleted name parts resulting in eg. triple consonants, or other grammatically awkward combinations.
