I think I'd have to add maglev for that, eh?
The thought of maglev is repelling to one's sense of traction. :P

Of course it is; there is no such thing as a "maglev locomotive".
No pics no clicks. Seriously.

IRL Maglev locos do not exist AFAIK. The Electronic Cargo Conveyor (ECCO) could be considered as a locomotive, however.

Maglev locomotives cannot exist, for the same parts used for levitation are needed for propulsion. This also goes for ECCO, which is about as much of a locomotive as a railcar.

Of course, having a Maglev railcar or MU in Iron Horse would be interesting. You can even stay in the UK theme.

Railcars could somewhat count as locomotives. CFF De 4/4s, BDe 4/4s and RBe 4/4s very often pushed/pulled VU 1s. And most railcars in the world had their trailers - in France the X 3800 had it's own trailers, for example.

Though, railcars are railcars, so they take passengers only. Cargo railcars, are rather "railwagons". So... the ECCO is a locomotive or... ?

As for suggestions on maglev... i'd be for a good old Pacer too in the late 2000s !

It would be nice if this set had a streamlined train. I used to pair it with UKRS1, but then I realized the graphics don't match as well as I first thought.
