How to put graphics downloaded from the Internet on the mobile ?

How to put graphics downloaded from the Internet on the mobile ?

I downloaded a scenario on the phone, and he needs a grf that can only be downloaded from the internet. I downloaded the grf but do not know where to put, can you help me ? ?(

I don't know what OS your phone runs. But you can start with the README file, section 4.2, and go from there. The readme file doens't talk about any mobile device (as there's no official mobile version of OpenTTD release for now), but it might give you a guidance.

If this is an Android phone, you may get a better help on the Android Port thread.
