Repair/change palette of png from GRFCodec

Post by WWTBAM »

As per http://www.tt-forums.net/viewtopic.php? ... 3#p1087013.
I was wondering if it is possible without changing GRFCodec to repair/change palette to be that of TTO?

since the palette isn't actually stored in the GRF file, the only thing you can do is change the palette with your favourite image editor into something that makes any sense (e.g. make a screenshot with correct palette, and import the palette from there)

Isn´t there an option to use the TTD "original" palette:

1 DOS TTD
2 Windows TTD
3 DOS TTD, Candyland
4 Windows TTD, Candyland
5 TT Original
6 TT Original, Mars landscape

I.e.: grfcodec .. -p 5?

Or what means "TT Original"?

regards
