I don't think you can, it was never completed which is a shame.

I'm fairly confident that they never released anything - going back several pages and through a couple of other threads/sites too (eg grfcrawler and the wiki user). Admittedly I couldn't be bothered to go through all 18 pages of this thread and dozens in the other threads, but you're more than welcome to. If you'd looked back to about page 14/15 though, you would've seen that the last posts by the original set maker were saying that there was nothing substantial and he was aiming to make it the slowest developed set ever (joking, assumedly, but pointing out how long it was taking)
You tend to find that a lot of sets only release anything when they've got enough to bother (the coding takes a lot of effort too, nut just the sprites), and it looks like this set never reached the stage where it was worthwhile.
Some of the sprites are there, so in theory you could make it yourself in the limited form it is now - but I don't know what the licensing there would be.

Yes, this project died a long time ago. cornelius mentioned he had a test version going, and was posting screenshots, but I don't think anybody got their hands on it.

I'm currently doing a bunch of NG freight wagons for the French set. They will be compatible with both the ECS scheme and Pikka's industries. If you guys want, you can add those to your set!
The French Narrow Gauge Train Set is now released! Get it here

Re: British narrow gauge (preservation project needs volunte
Apologies for dragging such an old thread to the fore...
I have coded the MER Tram, the Simplex plus the 4 wheel van as TRAMS (not trains sorry)
I'd happily release the GRF but to do so I need permission from AndrewA, Born Acorn and Cornelius, anyone have contact with these folk?
Thanks
Bob
