Is it possible to Create this as Station Tiles:

A Funfair (With Sound and Animation)?
Then it would be Fun! :D
Creates more Life in the City because Cities of OpenTTD are Boring... Nothing is Happening there...
The Citizens of OpenTTD also wanna have some Amusement! :)

It is possible - check VAST for example. Or as houses set, But sb have to draw it.

Doing it as an industry would be the best way so that it can accept passengers and you receive payment for it. Otherwise, it's just eye candy and you can build it as an extraordinary station set. :-)

doing as a NewObject is way better than a NewStation. Industry would be preferred if you want to have a gameplay effect.

I would agree with that, but the build interface for NewObjects is horrible right now. There's discussion about fixing it, but it's not suitable for more than a few objects right now.

Why replace? Just provide it as additional house. Or provide it as a NewObject, then players can build it where they see it fit.

I am Trying that right now with RCT2 Rides.
This is a Mock-Up.
it is Far from Finished because i must Recolor the Rides, add Fences around the Rides, Ticketboxes next to it, Add People and those Stuff...

what do you mean? many fun fairs ARE in the middle of nowhere... you have plenty of space for expansion, and no neighbours that can be disturbed.

also, you can put in restrictions, like "only 20 tiles away from a city"

There you got a Point... But here at Holland are most of Funfairs in Cities...

Possibly find some graphics from Freetrain and recieve permission? I know there are a few amusement park parts out there. I was looking into it awhile back, but nothing really came of it.

if he makes it into a separate GRF coded as stations and/or NewObjects, it is aways compatible with vast if that is what you ment.
for nice connections he needs to fit the edges nicely to the vast tiles, shouldn't be very hard to to i guess :)
