As I already said before, we'll try to get a release up by the end of this month. Just to inform you guys, I'm working on aligning the locs (especially the Steamers) compared to the Pax Coaches now, which will hopefully fix that bug I posted before (tenders half disappearing in coaches...)

As soon as that is done, I just have to add the TRAXX (only pulling regular Dutch coaches, so there's no livery override for the NS Hispeed Coaches which already run through the country) and replace the Steamers with Snail's. Probably some bug squashing in between, but that's all the work which remains ATM ;)

Holy poop, Purno!
Those intersections look like nothing I've ever seen before! MY EYES!

Just kidding, it's only to show us what the set looks like, I know. ^__^
(And not like I can do much better. >_>)

And it's looking better by the... how long have I not checked here? 20 pages? More?
Eh.

Can't wait, like others have said.

I can give you guys all a hint to get you all more excited. :]

It really doesn't take long to make the first official release. I can't say how long however but still, it doesn't take long.
And before someone thinks: "It's just Mr. X that says that." then I can tell you that I don't lie and have good sources. :P

If this doesn't make you shake then I don't know what will.

Here is a status update for you guys: I finished aligning everything compared to the rails a while ago. Now, I was aligning all Locs compared to the Pax coaches (to circumvent the bug with half-disappearing tenders like mentioned a while back), but that's finished as well. (There'll be a testGRF for the team here next Wednesday)

Now, I've started aligning the Cargo Wagons (and especially those smaller than a regular coach) compared to the engines. This is making great progress as we speak, and I expect to finish that or next Wednesday, or Friday, but at least this week.

After that, I'll just have to add the TRAXX and align that properly, before the set is releasable. Just have to squash some bugs we encounter, and I've found one, before we can release it.
By the end of April (that's the proposed release-date) I'll probably have the New Steamer Sprites added as well!

So, the set is really making good progress and I can say I'll really make that deadline I set earlier this page!

New Test-GRF released for The Team!

Some of the Wagons are already re-aligned, fixing the gaps between them and the locs.

Also, I noticed in-game, that the AI would build DH-I's pulling Stake Wagons... Should we enable Pax Optimization for all MU's, to prevent them from doing this?

@ Blue Eagle,

Well it depends on do you want to make it as real as possible or having it a bit unlogical but let the AI make some money. If you want to make it for multyplayer mostley id say go for the real thing as close as it is possible.

The set is looking awesome
I    for all youre effort to make it happening.
