Metro Track Set Development

I found a bug.

I only wanted one type of metro track available, underground with catenary. Setting "Metro Tracks" to disabled renders the entire NewGRF disabled with this warning message, "Fatal: All rail types disabled. It doesn't make sense to load this set if you disable its railtypes."

I tried disabling ONLY metro tracks but leaving metro w/ catenary, and both undergrounds enabled. Same error message.

does metroset work in winter climates, I'm asking because I can't run it and new grf is active

I've not had any trouble running it in arctic.
