You bring the scenario, I'll bring the truck. Who brings the beer?

The Newgrf Set With No Pronounceable Acronym.

(see also: CLWNPA)
To get a good answer, ask a Smart Question. Similarly, if you want a bug fixed, write a Useful Bug Report. No TTDPatch crashlog? Then follow directions.

Road trains... those things FRIGHTEN me. But quite interesting, since such trucks are not allowed to be operated on US roads. Are these going to be able to turn corners on roads properly?

In Sweden they are testing a 30 meter long 'timber train', and discussing if it should be generally allowed. The normal limit is 24 meters here (more than EU).

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8F-L0O4vOWw - the first truck that is overtaken is a standard one, the next is the oversized.

How about these?

WIP semi-reallistic trailers for trucks, based on Pikkabirds 8/8 length train vehicle template for offsets.
