does anyone know how to use this cos i tried to change a file to win but everytime it says that there is no .nfo file while there is one
so plze help

i've decoded it then i want to encode but it needs an grf file to encode

The GRF Wizard does not allow win-dos nor dos-win conversion. You must do it manually with the command line.
