I'm getting sick off using PSP, it crashes when starting TTD fullscreen...
Does anyone know a image-editor capable off doing: resizes, cut-copy past things, pallete handling and mirroring/flipping/rotating etc.
If it is capable off doing those things and doesn't crash when going in 640x480 mode tell me please...

Dinges, try closing down the PCX-file you're editing when starting TTD for Windows. I believe the patch is using the same dll as PSP (I know the problem).
Edit: forgot to come up with a suitable replacer: Adobe Photoshop is one I know and perhaps some program out of the Corel series?!

I normally use I mage.
It's free and you can leave it open while testing.
But it isn't 100 % bug free, which is probably cuased by Bill.
