Thats a bug i've never noticed before, but you are certainly correct :) I can confirm it myself :)

And regarding ex USSR MU's ...

Purno is the main drawer of the trains in this set, and he is currently not in drawing mode (afaik?). But if you want to draw, or get someone to draw them, and the quality is high enough, there is no reason not to add them in v 2.0 or 1.1 :=)

Drawing mode has been disabled for quite a while now. Is your coding mode still enabled?

Still enabled, but for the time beeing on most other stuff then 2cc set... tho a 2.0 is on the drawing board, and the template for the NFO have been made. So all "head-with-yellow-lights + wagons + head-with-red-lights" are done, and i think it would take about 15 minutes to add such a MU :) Provided that the sprites are in the also-provided template ofcourse :p

I guess DJN and myself should see a few more obvious bugs[1] fixed and along with what is already changed, another bug fix release 1.0.2(?) might then be in order :-)

[1] like introduction dates, wagon refit... at least they don't work for me right now.

Could you post .png files? I can't open .pcx.

And FYI, you can attach up to three files in one post, so you can combine all three sprite sets into one post :)

When I designed graphics for the 2ccSet, I only used company colors + white/grey/black in sprites, unlike the original vehicles using compnay color + yellow. Are you still want to use this method, or do you want to include sprites including yellow non-company colors too?

I didnt actually think about that, but i still think we should be in the 2cc's+grays... In other words, yellow should be banned, and switched to the 2nd CC or something similar...

Dont you agree? However, that last set of sprites thats posted do look quite nice if you ask me :) But i agree... change the yellow for some kind of CC :)

When swapping yellow for the 2nd CC, player can still use yellow by selecting the 2nd CC to be yellow.

All my artwork uses that feature, so when sticking to that way you'd be sure all artwork fits each other.

The only exception so far is me using a few yellow pixels for the handles the cabdriver uses to climb into the cab, since the vehicle already needed both company colors for both stuff, but this I considered a minor detail. I believe it was the 3-part engine (DM3 or something?), possibly only used in _ view. You can look it up if you want :)

Anyways, if you think yellow should be allowed in sprites, just say :) But IMO, not using yellow is what this set differs from the other CC-sets out there. Most of them seem to use yellow just like the original TT sprites :)

I do 100% agree with you. And its something i didnt notice on the prev. posted sprites, but it is 100% true. So any guys wanna draw something, NO YELLOW!

I think the reason is that all UK trainis (the ones the original game was based on) have yellow warning panels, so it carries over :-)

Edit: Just noticed something - link me up a copy of the sprite template in PNG format and I'll get you that BR class 220/221/222 you're after ;-)
(Erm, and a copy of the permitted colours from the palatte =D)

Here's a preview, although I'm not done with it and it'll need to be put into 2cc :-)
