Easy, make a base model, then use the multi-pixel tools as much as possible, and then for the ones facing /, - and \ copy one of the 3 column sides and use the mirroring tool to make an identical copy, but facing the other way.

I'll be out helping my friend pick all the fruit in his orchard and turn it into cider for most of today, will be back this afternoon/evening. If you run out of stuff to do on the list, you can just have a look around for other ones. go to airfleets.com, search airlines by country and go through all of them ill you find UK airlines which operate/have operated the -200 and -700 and do them.

P.S. I finsihed the aer lingus but I think the green might be too bright, try using the fill tool one shade darker, to see if it looks better.

Ext or someone,it takes me more than an our to recolor one!post an image,something to make me go faster because im going nuts!or even better,some more artists,we cant do everything in 2(well 1 1/2,because ext has made more than me).Sorry im posting several times twice.

Getting artists to join is difficult. It is not as easy as asking, people who would are already generally busy with other projects which are themselves pretty low on their list of priorities. Anyway, the easy way to find out info is to look on airfleets.net for the specific airline you are looking for, note down the registration of one of the planes you want to make, i.e. if you are looking for a picture of a Ryanair 737-200, find out that one of them was EI-COX and go to airliners.net and search for that registration. Also use the image flip/rotate tool to replicate the 2nd, 3rd and 4th column of sprites from the left with the 1st, 2nd and 3rd column of sprites on the right as they are corresponding, with that, you cut the number of sprites you have to do from 40 to 25, plus use as much of it over if you can, i.e. engines, tails and fuselages if they match up.

Honestly, you were a lucky find for us. There is no-one out there to help. We can do it, it will just take time. There are 3 of us anyway, which is a huge number for a GRF like this. Many GRFs only had 1 person doing everything.

What happens is thatb we add the sprites to the data and other coded information, these together for the GRF which makes it all work in the game. As to virtual airlines, you might want to try Flight Simulator and an addon called FSPassengers, that would be a better place to do it than here

I have a virtual airline, its fun but this is much more of a group/community atmosphere than FS. Here is you Easyjet 737-200 edited to darken the colour to match the other easyjets, and colour in the engines.
