But it slows down when exceeding 127 km/h and it isn't supposed to go faster than that, and it slows down to about 60 but it shows 170 km/h and it does this on flat ground as you can see at the screenshot.

As you can see at the screenshot the bus maxes at 170 km/h, but it's just supposed to do 127 km/h, not that i don't want it to go fast, but when it exceeds 127 it slows down to maybe 60.

Anyone have any idea what the problem might be?
Did you alter it with ttdalter ?
My busses behave normally
What do you mean maxes at 170 and supposed to do 127 ??
Well, back to work, lot's of it in the near future

Dr. Fitz

I exactly know your problem as I have the same one as yours before
The bus runs at 170-127= 43 km/h

I have to decode the LongVehiclesw.grf and
change all the speeds that exceed 127km/h to a lower value (<127km/h)
so as to prevent a critical drop of the speed after accelerating over 127km/h

This is what I do to tactle with this problem =)

The vehicles are great in fact. Thanks George who provides us with the buses

I suppose TTDX Alter cannot change the speed of the new vehicles but the original TTDX vehicles, right ? =)

I think that he means the speed of the new bus cannot exceed 127km/h
after the bus accelerates to 127km/h,
as it will futher to accelerates from 128-170 km/h,
but the actual speed of the bus in his game drops critically to 1km/h
but not moving at 128km/h (yet the speed display shows 128km/h)
when the speed display reaches 170km/h
the speed of the bus in his game is in fact 170-127 = 43km/h!

I have exactly the same problem as his:

I had the same problem (or similar), solved it when changing the curves and mountain switch to 3333.

Yes well faster than 127 KMPH speeds can only happen properly if realistic accel is active

extract GRF using Grfcodec
then read this: http://www.ttdpatch.net/src/sprites.txt
change NFO
decode GRF file
what are you looking at? it's a signature!

I have wrote about it. I think, it is possible. but I need help or you have to wait until I shall do it myself some day. Read the finished graphics thread, message 1583 for example.

About English coaches - yes, the main doors are on the left. However, in some models, there is an extra door on the right. They are generally on coaches supplied for school use.
