question - ttd graphics

Hello,
Please excuse me, if I have choosen bad part of forum to ask this... (I think, there is not more suitable part of forum for this question)... You can ignore it, if you want. It's just only a question... It hasn't anything to do with problems with TTDPatch or graphics, but I hope, you will undersand it....
I would like to ask the creators of new graphics...
I am from the Czech Republic, and I was searching some very good site about TTD in this language. I didn't find any one. Only small sites, with nearly no stuff... So I was wondering, if I could make some site. So I would like to make one site, about TTD, so that people, which don't understand english language, could enjoy the game with graphics and patch... - because I noticed, that only a few people here know about patch for TTD... If I tell about the patch to someone, he/she can't believe, that it exists... so now the question... Could I use your graphics, for my site, which would be in czech language only ? (I would never make english version of it...) Of course, there would be written, where are the graphics from, and every download would include info file with that text too....
