Looking for "Altered Costs and Prices" grf thread?

Hey gang! Been using the search, and poring over the graphics forums- can anybody point me towards the thread for the "Altered Costs and Prices" grf that is on BaNaNas? It seems to be from the same author/team as "Experts Hard Industries" which supposedly supports the Experts Hard servers. Unfortunately, there is no author listed in the description of either grf, or I would have used such as a search parameter.

I just got done play testing both, and I wanted to report back.
