Oooo, get you. I was just wondering how coding is going. I do hopeit's going well. And i'm sorry for being bit of an arse as of late. I've just been a bit bored. Hope things get smooth again.

Please test those pillars in TTDPatch, as OpenTTD's pillar code is very dubious and will probably be getting a rewrite soon...

(For a start, it makes decisions based on sprite ID, which is totally meaningless with GRM.)
He's like, some kind of OpenTTD developer.

Everything seems ok, but ttdpatch somehow doesnt support my recolor sprites. The bridge stays in the original brownish colour :? Is there something wrong with my recolouring code?

Like z0mgzzz wow!

Those are absolutly brilliant! I love them because they retain TT's feel, but still look realistic. Great work mate, well done.

Look great from that side too. I cant wait to use these bridges. :)

Although, that tram in the top right seems to be having some 'falling-apart' issues ;)

I like it a lot, I also think the little hump could be replaced with the end pieces as a parameter for some

First release of my longer bridge, its a seperate release, this contains only the grayish bridge. For dos support I will add it later. This doesnt have support for narrow gauge rail...
And ttdpatch doesnt like my recolour sprite. With OTTD this bridge is gray as above.
edit: has been added it to grfcrawler, and renamed its name.
#2 edit: uploaded version 1.1

Would it be possible to remove that shortest bridge piece altogether?

I didn't mean remove the sprite, but instead have a beam with either no truss or a small truss instead of the rather useless abomination that is currently there...

"the rather useless abomination" is someone's hard work.

The way you phrased that did imply that the artwork wasn't any good which is the complete opposite to the truth.

Well done thgergo cracking stuff, with this and all the other bridges you are working on 8)

Well then, my apologies for my phrasing.

I think these bridges are incredible, and was not referring to the quality of the artwork. I was referring to the large amount of metal that just sits there doing nothing but costing you money. It is unnecessary, and in such a particular arrangement ugly in my opinion.

If possible it should be replaced by the truss sprites from the ends as m3henry had suggested.

Apologies,
Islacrusez
