Dave has got one, and I will give out 4 more... First cometh first serveth!
Dave, you made a guide to GRFMaker too? Or is it mine you just piked? :P

Link pwease :D
Well you didn't release a tutorial for Action A, but I did learn the basics of getting the sprite bitmap into the program from your tutorial.

The rest was just jabbing in the dark that worked, so I told Ameecher.

Looks great! The only thing I would say, is that on the roof (nice texturing by the way) there could be some kind of shadow depending on which direction of depot it is, to define the slopes better. :)

Looks good Graphics_master, I hadn't realised you were an OTTD user, as for the rest of you, be patient if I don't get any errors from testing then I will release it on Wednesday at some point. It will be in this thread and on GRFCrawler, In the meantime, people who have the depot to test, please don't distribute it without my permission, and those who don't have the .grf are going to have to keep on drooling. I am currently in the process of drawing version 1.1.

Cheers for the positive feedback people

Is it actually one big depot, or is it that large because you can glue a set of depots together, where the front one picks up all the trains?

It's the second one you said, I drew it so that could be placed next to each other, creating the appearance of a large depot although only the front one will 'work'

why is there never an alpha release when the code is idiot proof? (ie. bugs are rare)....

If its idiot proof, collect all the sprites posted, and code them yourself.

I might later be able to give you a hand with the artwork on that, there are a few little details that are bugging me about the depot so far, edge definition mostly. If you can send me over a sprite-sheet, I'll show you what I'm talking about.
