I'll also try it for my own program, but since you're the distributor, you should change it for the whole.

Yes it does not match the TTD graphics style, but it is accord with the UrbanRenew set I'm working on.

And the speed is 650 or 560mph (depends on site)

You have to find out yourselve, try reading
http://www.ttdpatch.net/src/sprites.txt first (it doesn't matter if you don't understand right away, just read it to get sight in it)
Then try making your own GRF files, there's a section in sprites.txt containing a start.
