No it doesn't... the new graphic will just act like the old one. But with trains people have changed the speeds to make it more realistic (aswell as buses, ships etc. )

To come back to topic : a modern version of the communication tower.
Mind you, this also changes the tower at the modern airport.
(still WINDOWS VERSION only)

it is Communication Tower ... if you don't like it just don't install it ... or make one yourself
