LiAZ - "Likino Auto Zavod" - "Likino Auto Plant" in Russian ;)
And this is what?
As part of reducing costs Skoda Plzen has decided to move production of Tatra cars from Pribor to Koprivnice. Production of trucks will be cooperated with factory LIAZ, now Skoda-LIAZ (LIAZ means Liberecke Automobilove Zavody - Liberec Car Works), LIAZ is a company that, in the previous era (last 30 years) was making camion trucks (versus Tatra, that was mainly used off-road), now these companies are developing new types (or modifications of current types respectively) together to reduce costs. For example a big problem of current development is the construction of a diesel engine which meets requiremets of new EURO III emission rules.
Looks like we got two LIAZ
Here is the link and Google showing tons of material about the Czech LIAZ.

Another engine from USSR Set - 'M62' (Diesel)
It was exported in many countries (Hungary, Poland, China), and it was named 'ST44' in Poland and 'V120' in East Germany.

I've just reinstalled TTD again for the umteenth time so I don't know, but the road with yellow markings is that from the temperate enhancement set?
If so could you make a version without those? I like the normal TTD roads better.

orginally, but also in GRF ... I think Dinges can create Disable option, so you only will need a parameter to disable roads from that GRF
