That would be very cool - two trains could stop behind eachother on one platform, just as in real life... I've been trying to simulate that for some time now, but my best layout (see attachment) still uses an enormous amount of space  and is hardly useable inside a city. Looking forward both to your suggestions and to the reactions to them!

jonty-comp wrote:I know, but I'm going to suggest some new kind of handling, where the GRF chooses a tile to stop at, instead of just going to the end. That would also work for most NewStations, i.e. in MB's NewStations, the user could choose to make the train stop at the end of the glass hall, instead of the end of the platform.

Do you get what I mean?
I'll put it in 'Suggestions' soon...
that's another excellent idea. damn. i knew i should've come up with that.

Been a bit busy lately...
I'm going to do some work now, though... :D

I've read elsewhere that I can make 'layerable' tiles, e.g. Blank platform, then fence, then lamp, then bench if wanted(not done yet!), then hut if wanted...

And however many more I draw. :o

...

[edit]Fixed spelling. I can't type when I'm drawing...

Ta-da! All done for the first lot. :D
There's a small problem, but I don't know whether it looks better with or without it. :? You can see it in the mock-up below:

The problem - the small line inbetween every platform. Should I fix it?<br /><br />P.S. I know it's _way_ out of line in some places...

I can code!

Well, a bit...
I've changed the title to "Jonty's Graphics [Now Drawing and Coding! Feed me Sprites!]" too.

Anyone who wants something small coded, feel free to ask, PM me, post here, e-mail me etc.

I've still got to finish those stations though!
