it's all ready for coding the final info is in the tracking table the link to it and the official site can be found on first post of this topic.

BTW if you ask about engine prices they should be defoult ttd's for now we'll deal with them later.

There are too less coders compared to the amount of projects. Be patient, keep asking, and perhaps try to learn it yourself, is all I can say, I guess...
