New water coastal tiles [v0.7 released]

Well, in a way, yes. But only if you haven't bought TTD yet. It would be silly to go out and (try to) buy TTD-Win if you already own TTD-Dos, or the other way around of course. Assuming that the person in question owns an official, legal, version of TTD, that is. We all own an official TTD CD, don't we?

Sorry for the BUMP!

Seabuoys should be updated to more correct colors, the red and white "fairlead buoy" should be red and white vertical striped, not horizontal as currently in the game. Further would be interesting to be able to put out other buoys, like yellow and black cardinal buoys marking safe side of wreckage and other obstructions, and red or green lateral buoys marking the side of waterways and canals. At canal entries or similar restricted accesses would be interesting to have red and green light on each side, preferably flashing.

Sounds like a good idea for an eyecandy water/sea set, maybe MariCo could add something like that, or Supercheese's NewObjects.
