While the previous image hotlink before is still the same, I'll soon stop be deleting it.

Heres an update, created a full tile roofed structure, nothing on the tile as of the moment, but I'm considering various things to add.

Also, the roof has been dithered, and the shelter roofs have been altered again slightly.

That's quite nice, if you want to have a pretty large station building between the tracks. 8)

That's, eventually, the plan.

Oh, and regarding the Dutch stations issue, this is not going to be, specifically, a part of it. My aim is for this to be a generic City station. However it did originally start off as a Dutch stations sprites (By Sinagporekid and Purno). But since there is already a seperate Dutch stations set in progress with its own artists, I'm thefting (With Sinagporekids permission, he did the majority of the drawing) the graphics for my own uses :D.

Now it's getting bad, you're spelling my name wrong. :P
I'd be glad to draw more stations and whatnot though

Hey, hey! Okay, as promised, I wanted to post a couple of things that I have been picking away at over the course of the last couple of months.

The first is a nice, tidy, Victorian row building with mansard roof.

The second is a series of variations of typical walk-up flats. I was thinking that, maybe, the constuction sprites could be used for all of them. Then the actual building could be randomly chosen. Dunno.

Feedback, as usual, would be appreciated before I start hacking them into sprites.

Cheers!

Slick! Between the buildings, stations, and trains, we're giving those European sets a run for the money.

One thing though, Oz, don't forget to do snowy versions of the buildings! (Maybe throw a few tarps over the scafholding for the snowy construction stages.) There's a new patch feature where seasons can be implimented by shifting the snow line.

AARGH! AARGH! ARGH! THEY ARE SO GOOD THAT MY HEAD IS EXPLODING!!!!111!11!one

Thanks Oz, this is a much needed shot in the arm for the set.

Edit: Oz, I'll hack them up into sprites myself, just for the initial code. If you do some more alterations when you cut them up, it's a simple task of pasting them over.

Edit 2: In thirty minutes I got them split into sprites, and into my core sprite sheet, added to my .grf, and the positioning coded. Now I just need to code the logic behind it.

I'll have in-game screenshots within five to six hours. If I don't get lazy and forget to upload them.

Right, they're coded. Teasers sent off to people working closest to the various North American sets, and Raichase.

Screenies may pop up around the place before long, I dunno.

Very nice. May be you could do a snow-covered version too? You can draw a snow as an independent sprite, that you can put over the current one.
