Decided to add the Doodlebug for early cheap passenger service. It and the mail variant match their old-style counterparts. Also here is the final old-style tanker, an oil variant. The white one is for food, the CC w/yellow stripe for goods. The Log Car was the final old-style car I needed to add. Lastly, I decided to add the snow plough for eye-candy purposes.

More to come soon

Yes, I have the latest. Though when I looked to double check, I came to find out that I forgot to remove and replace the older name (that I placed in to separate each version)

The remainder (all 3 of 'em) of the ARS Steamers, the Hudson, the Northern and the Mallet. Also attached is the first diesel that'll show up - the S2. Last set of sprites is modern rolling stock-like stuff that you'll see after 1965

Not since the last ice-age ;). I just love watching them in the snow, cutting through it. Don't get much snow here, so I like it in my games .

Snow Plow

Post by wallyweb »

UhOh
Just had a thought re the snow plow.
Is it possible to have an unpowered wagon ahead of an engine in TTDX?

If not, the solution might be to have it minimally powered, supplemented by the engine chosen to push it?

The former is not possible (I guess Patchman thinks it's TMWFTLB; I see nothing in the savegame format that prohibits it.), but the latter is pretty easy. I think it should be possible to set it to have 0 TE, which would make it effectively not-an-engine.
To get a good answer, ask a Smart Question. Similarly, if you want a bug fixed, write a Useful Bug Report. No TTDPatch crashlog? Then follow directions.

DanMacK,

what is the bi-level going to look like (photo)?

I was just wondering if you wanted me to draw it for you? :D
