:D Thanx! If only I'll have little more time... :(
Sanchimaru: you told me (but I forgot) 041 loco looks like one Serbian loco. Will you tell me that again, so maybe I have it allready drawn?
EDIT: there are few new graphs posted. Isn't it more than 4% done now (but maybe I'm wrong)?

W.Coyote: Thanks a lot for your contributions! I'll have to check out which locomotive was that one I mentioned... I don't recall now. But if you have it that would be quite helpful.

About the progress, it's somehow strange, but this is what I decided to do:
there are the following 9 cathegories:
steam
diesel
dmus
electric
emus
passengers
mail
freight
buildings

when the 1st sprite for one cathegory is finished, 1% is added. When all sprites for one catheegory are finished, 10% is added. This gives us 99% Then, when the 1st playable version is released, that will be 100%

So far we have the 1st diesel (lotsof them by Coyote!) the 1st DMU (Talgo) the 1st freight car (also Coyote) and a building courtesy of onodera (A valencian barraca)
I drew a steamer recently, but it didn't seem to achieve 100% finished status

Actually, the progress is more advanced, since the 1st passengers and mail cars have been drawn, but not yet ordered. I have to arrange them so that they can be displayed in the developement page.
I also learn a lot of help here from our informants in Spain: I have pictures of the passenger and mail cars, but I have no clue how / when were they used. Do you have any information about that, Aerond?

I was quite busy last week, but I'll prepare the sprites for tomorrow and upgrade the progress to 6% (1st passengers and mail are drawn, 1% for each!)

You are forgetting the coding, which is at least 1/3 of the effort - also the data collection, which seems to be a horrible trouble when in languages other than English. The Japanset has been hung up on data issues for weeks now.

I even count coding as 1/2 of job, and simply calculate done vehs/total vehs (maybe it isn't real calculation :?: ).

It's true that the coding is one of the most important parts. But is for that reason that I keep 1% for it: because it's the last 1% The progress will stay at 99% if every graphic gets finished unless someone codes it, so it's still quite important.

Here are the mail wagons ready. No clue still about the dates, can anyone in Spain lend us a hand here?

Thanks Purno! Nice to hear that coming from you.

I finished the remaining sprites for the Japan set, so I began messing a bit with the Renfe freight cars. If these could be used too for the European cargo set, please, take them freely when they are finished.
These are old generation cars. They should be the 1st ones available in the game.
The ones at the moment are: hopper, with cereal, coal, iron and copper. Livestock car (chicken) and Flat car (still lacks loaded versions) planned to carry crates, steel, and I don't know what else... I'll check the cargo list later. Maybe I should add fruit to the hoppers too.

Indeed, those wagons were really short! by some reason, I had the idea that they were smaller in reality. No matter, Just fixed that, and added some cargo types. Let me know what you think about them.
