Looks to me like a real-sprite where a there should be a recolor map, but I'm not sure why that would happen.

The only thing I can think of is not having ccol2[w].grf loaded.

I don't see why TTDPatch doesn't use the standard colour maps if ccol2w.grf isn't loaded.

It wouldn't be as nice, as you'd be stuck with the dark green, but it would work :-)
