Are there any NewGRFs that can add industries to FIRS3 without replacing anything?

FixEs adds a few new industries to supplement pre-1900 without being disrupted to FIRS 1/2/3. The main problem is that FIRS 1/2/3 uses up nearly all of the available industry and cargo slots. FIRS 4 will take advantage of new features in OpenTTD 1.10.x that allows up to 16 accepted and produced cargoes in each industry. You may see some new industries that will take advantage of this and re-organization of industry changes.
