Unfortunately, but of the previous authors nobody already is not available,
if someone is GRF creator I invite to help I will be thankful.
Below detailed data file:

"Total Town Replacement Set v3 readme"
If you enjoy TTRS-v3, think of the artists and coder who made that possible.
The set was drawn by Zimmlock (most of the graphics), George, the Tycoonez.com:munity, Oz and Red*Star,
and was coded by Csaboka.

Regards - I hope that can be solved problem with delete hotels ...

These buildings probably have the "Protected" flag set. As a workaround, you can make use of the Cheat Menu to bulldoze any building.

Blarg, ignore. I opened the tab and promptly forgot which forum this was in.

Sorry but you are wrong, here it's about incorrect coding - look on below print screen,
it is not military object, in order to protect flag ...
As I have it change - cht: ?? And what?

Description:

1) Print screen view with hidden buildings
2) Save

That object is a hotel and it is a part of George's ECS.
George made his industries extremely expensive to demolish. It may be simply that you do not have enough money yet.

RE: The above post

1) It that this is a hotel you can see on first my Print screen
2) In my opinion sum of money 180,859,828$ should be enough
on remove one stupid house (please see on descriptions)

I invite to continue smarter discussion (because timely is boring)

Reply post one of the creator (ttrs3w):
Author: "Csaboka"

Hi,
Sorry, I don't work on TTDPatch (or anything TTD-related) anymore. I'm not really in the mood of figuring out issues in some code I wrote years ago, to fix a relatively minor problem. Given that no changes were made on the TTDPatch source code for more than a year now, we can pretty much consider it dead, to there is no point in looking for bugs in it anyway I think.

[I'm waiting for an answer George Zimmlock - Johann]

What makes you believe that it's incorrectly coded? On the contrary, I do believe that the hotel is meant to be not or only hardly destructable. Hardly meaning "only when you have the best standing with the town which is possible".

I can't be bothered to check, but I'm pretty sure also TTDPatch has the option to simply destroy anything by means of a cheat.

And if you think it's a NewGRF problem, you might find the related thread helpful - or maybe the project home.

I think you're right about this.

I had the same problem - with the same hotel - some time ago. I had a "outstanding" ranking, but it was impossible to destroy it. But, waiting some more time, and it became possible.

That hotel is NOT a part of ttrs.
It is the Grand Hotel Zvon and it is a part of George's ECS Industries.
You can find the removal restrictions here.

It is obvious that when is several authors it is there mister Zimmlock I don't dispute this fact, but
a) Firstly - some with his buildings are in this file (ttrs3w)
b) Second - I can not contact with him to discuss my problem with use his file
c) I don't see any person the department probably GRF development,
which beyond conversation is be able solve problem

Postscript1:
To anyone god has given some talent unfortunately, my
is not GRF creator and GRF coding - So what I have to hang
because nobody want to help me?

Postscript2:
It that TTDPatch project is not developed (last update 2011)
is not that, files GRF is not to repair

What, is your PM button broken?
Johann wrote:I don't see any person the department probably GRF development, which beyond conversation is be able solve problem
If you really believe this is a problem with TTRS, try talking about it in the appropriate graphics development forum topic? If it's a problem with a specific NewGRF, then it is NOT a problem with TTDPatch.
Johann wrote:To anyone god has given some talent unfortunately, my is not GRF creator and GRF coding - So what I have to hang because nobody want to help me?
Yes, because only NewGRF creators were born with the ability to inherently create NewGRFs. It's not like this is something you can learn to do on your own! Perhaps you should pray more fervently.
Johann wrote:It that TTDPatch project is not developed (last update 2011) is not that, files GRF is not to repair
TTDPatch is developed as the developers decide there is a need to update or improve it. But since you insist that this is a problem with a NewGRF, then the TTDPatch developers are not going to be helpful in fixing your issue with that NewGRF. Unless you're claiming it's a problem with TTDPatch, in which case I think it is bizzare since I've never seen TTDPatch take action against a specific NewGRF to prevent you from doing something.

A couple of sprite numbers off, Planetmaker, but indeed they are also in the TTRS sprite sheet.

Where is there a readme file that gives as clear a description of removal restrictions as George does here?

Try this:
1. Save your game
2. Open the GRF Status wndow.
3. Click to set the ttrs flag to red.
4. Click on Apply.
5. Remove the statue that is where the hotel used to be.
5. Click to set the ttrs flag to green.
6. Click on Apply.

The hotel is now removed.

OK, I've just dug up the sources of TTRSv3 (and a copy of GRFMaker) to figure this out.

TTRSv3 indeed has some houses contributed by George, including Hotel Zvon. That version of Hotel Zvon does not have any special removal restrictions: it has a required removal rating on 800, which is quite high (you need to have an Outstanding rating for the town to allow removing it), but nothing else. As far as I remember, there is no way for a GRF to totally prevent human players from removing houses anyway, i.e. the best they can do is discourage players by having a huge LA rating requirement and a huge removal cost.

Based on the TTWiki link, looks like George has his own Hotel Zvon definition inside the ECS Houses GRF. I have never worked on that GRF, or even played it for that matter, so I cannot say what kind of removal limitations that Hotel Zvon has.

All in all, I don't think this is a GRF issue, and it's probably isn't a TTDPatch issue either, but I still can't be bothered to set up everything to compile TTDPatch and debug this properly. If you absolutely cannot live with that hotel being on that tile, wallyweb just gave you a workaround to remove it, but I really don't think this issue is worth spending more time on.
