Hi
is it possible to edit the industries unique to artic and sub tropic so that they appear in Temperate climate?

like: make copper mines appear in Temperate or paper mills in temperate along with all other industries/resources of the temperate climate and/or Vice versa

there is no way to do this unless orginall industries from temperate will be replaced ....

also someone suggest on the newsgroup 'renewing industries' ... in one year all industries would be replace with other one .... or newer one ... or diffirent one .... Marcin add to his to do list

But in temperate there is one unused slot for an industry (check cargo paiment rates tabel).

so even if that could be done .. then only one industry could come from other climate... of course comaptibility with other games maps etc is big ? until patchman say smth.

I think the vacant indusry sport could be filled by a standalone industry from one of the other climates - eg the sawmill from the tropical climate. Or, it could be introduced as a paper mill, with wood going to the paper mill, then the paper to the factory. Although The paper cars are the same as the steel cars
