New Freight, factories.

Hello again.

My Idea is for a new transport and factory.

Rail Freight: Car Transport, Plastic granulate.
Factory: Car Factory.

Routes:
Oil Refinery - Plastic granulate - Car factory.
Steel mill - Sheet Metal - Car factory.
Car factory - Cars on a Car Wagon - City.

Assuming you are talking about a new cargo types and industries with a supplement wagon to transport those cargoes, all of that can be done through newgrf.
Please read up about it here. (Note that, it is rather complicated for beginners).

Also, ECS offers a Vehicles chain in the Machinery Vector, however the vehicles from there go to primary industries instead.
