"Action 0, Property 1A" for road vehicles

I used Search, but haven't found nothing about that, so sorry if this question was asked before.

Is it possible to add to road vehicles something like Action 0, Property 1A for trains, i.e. to sort vehicle list in purchase window? If yes, is it some work in progress for that or is it in todo?
