Some expansions for Szenarios Builders:

Hi - here my Ideas for some usefull (i think) features to get better Szenarios.

- Paying for Public owned constructions
Like in real there should be public owned canals like the panama canal,
the player have to pay for when his ship is using this canal.

All what is needed is one filed that could beselected and defined as
"payment field", so a players ship passes ist, he have to pay X dollars.

Also could used with more fields as "duane" zone for goods,
so it would be possible to create two countrys, perhaps with different import and exports customs.



- Non Buildable Areas
It would be usefull if a szenario maker could select areas at that the player
ist not allowed to build or crush anything, so he have to get arround.

Thats an addition to my first idea, also its makes it harder to build direct connections
between to points, forces the player to build more intelligent ways to transport his stuff.


- ready to use rails (RTUR)
That are rails, a user can place at a szenario, owned by the local citys.
The first one, player or AI, who gets a train on it is the new owner of this rails.

Sometimes such a sing is needed, cause when u try to rebuilt an invironment thats inspired
by an real one, the player should have to use the existing rails instead of building better ones,
that would change the gameplay of this szenario.


- Define Idustrie founding
At this time, its not possible to set the founding date for an industrie or City.
I think if u could do that at the editor it would enhance the gameplay.

Also a industrie could move, its closing at point A and get rebuild bigger at Point B,
like it is in the real world.
So in addition it would be needed to define founding and closing of an industry.


- Planable events / locations
Thats like at olympic games, at this event masses of peoples have do be transportet,
so the player have to beginn to plan to transport alls this passenger 8 years ago.
Thats only would work with a kind of conract that the player have to pay for any not
transported passenger, so its become a risky buissines the handle this with getting profit.

Its not limited for one event, also it could be a randomly event like christmas oder hollydays.
